Am I required to store long-term?

We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. We can also accept payment with a debit or credit card over the phone, and in person we can take a check, money order, debit card, or credit card.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What does 24-hour access entail?

24-hour access means that you have unrestricted entry to a facility or service at any time of the day, allowing you to use or access it around the clock.
